3. ORDERS AND BILLING

4. ORDER CANCELLATION
Our cancellation policy is extremely time-sensitive.

Orders can be canceled only within 1 hour of being placed. This is because, after one hour, the order is processed for design.

If a cancellation request is received after 1 hour, the order will incur design creative charges. In this case, only the product charges will be refunded.

Once a Product is ready for dispatch, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund is applicable.
