Cancellation And Refund Policy
At Weekend Bags, we are committed to providing quality products. This policy outlines the procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is strictly time-bound due to our design process.
Within 1 Hour: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund.
After 1 Hour: If a cancellation request is received after 1 hour, the order has entered the design process. In this case, design creative charges will be incurred, and only the product charges will be refunded.
Ready for Dispatch: Once the Product is ready for dispatch, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund is applicable.
2. RETURN POLICY (DAMAGED OR TAMPERED GOODS)
We only accept returns for products that are received in a damaged or tampered condition.
Action at Delivery: If you receive a product in a bad condition or if the packaging is visibly tampe_red with, please REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE PACKAGE from the courier.
Reporting: After refusing the package, you must email us immediately at ameenason786@gmail.com, mentioning your Order ID and the reason for refusal.
Concealed Damage: If you have accepted the package and find the product inside is damaged or defective, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. REPLACEMENT POLICY
If your return is approved (either by refusal or by reporting concealed damage), a replacement product will be issued to you at no additional cost.
Delivery Timeframe: Once your request for a replacement is approved, a new product will be shipped. You can expect the replacement to be delivered within 7 to 9 working days.
4. REFUND POLICY
Eligibility: Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations (as per Section 1) or in the rare event that we are unable to provide a replacement for a damaged item.
Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment.
5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We unfortunately do not have an exchange, refund, or return policy for international customers.
